Team Outdoors specializes in high-quality outdoor products. Due to strong growth, both online and in-store, their warehouse space was being used inefficiently. Logistical processes were hindered, and storage capacity no longer met the growing demand. Assembly company Gerrits was called in to develop an efficient and practical solution that optimizes space utilization and speeds up order processing.
The main challenge was adapting the warehouse without disrupting daily order processing. We visited the site for a thorough analysis of the current situation. After gathering all the necessary information, a detailed drawing was created, discussed with all stakeholders, and step-by-step developed into a concrete plan.
